*To All Vision Insurance Patients*
1. $39 Retinal Imaging Fee – We always strive to provide our patients the best in eye care innovation and technology. A necessary retinal imaging is performed on all patients 10 years and older. No vision insurance currently covers this test, so there will be a $39 retinal imaging fee in addition to your vision insurance copays.
2. Different Contact Lens Exam/Evaluation Fees – We are proud to be a leading specialty contact lens practice in the United States. Our patients enjoy being the first to experience the latest innovation in all contact lens categories. Contact lens fitting and evaluation process is a separate profession service in addition to comprehensive eye health exam. Please see fee structure listed below for details. What patients pay out of pocket depends on the specific vision need and the vision insurance.
